At JUDE, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is protected for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
